Most businesses are willing to go to great lengths to keep their customers happy — but this is a bit extreme.
JillAnne is the owner of an eponymous greeting card (and other merchandise) store in New York City. Recently, JillAnne garnered some national media attention for her unique promotion aimed at getting customers to buy in bulk.
The promotion: If a customer spends $50 or more, JillAnne will provide a pole dance in her “bootie shorts” and heels. Customers shouldn’t expect a strip-club-style dance, though. JillAnne insists her pole-dancing is “family-friendly.”
According to JillAnne, if customers “want to tip me, they can,” however, she warns, “Just don’t touch.”
In addition to an assortment of greeting cards, which are designed by JillAnne herself, the store carries “stripper heels,” “tiny tank tops,” shorts and $350 poles.
