Forget Santa! Will your company be naughty or nice to finance staffers’ bank balances in 2012? New salary data is out, and we have all the details.

They’ve become autumn traditions: Leaves change color and fall, people overeat at Thanksgiving and Robert Half comes out with its salary survey.

So what does 2012 hold for finance staffers across the country? And will you be dispensing good news to your people (and perhaps end up on the receiving end as well)?

Take a look at what the staffing experts believe is in store for a variety of key full-time finance positions. You can benchmark your own organization’s 2012 salary data against these averages.
