Just what do they have invested? Eighteen percent of workers confessed to participating in betting pools at work for the NCAA Men’s basketball tournament. That’s straight from a recent survey by CareerBuilder.

And what do employers do when their offices become casinos in mid-March? According to a 2008 poll by the Society for Human Resource Management, more than seven out of 10 business are completely tolerant of the March Madness polls.
Many companies that sponsor office pools have reported increased employee camaraderie and morale as a direct result.
