The good news: the majority of your staff value their work. The bad news: the mood in the office has fallen precipitously low.
Those are some of the notable findings from the most recent CIGNA “Health and Well-Being in America” survey series.
In fact, according to the study, 65% of workers “live to work,” and 21% said they would keep working even if they won the lottery!
