Despite a spike in wage and hour lawsuits recently, stories like this one are likely to remain rare.
Here’s a New England tale involving a restaurant, protesters, allegations of worker mistreatment and, of course, fox urine.
A Maine man who lived above a restaurant in Maine was arrested recently. His “alleged” crime: spraying fox urine on protesters who were gathered outside of his apartment.
The police believe the sprayer was bothered by the mob outside of his apartment. The crowd was gathered outside of the restaurant to protest alleged wage and hour violations.
The owner of the restaurant — who some believe is the one who actually deserved the fox urine bath — is in the midst of a lawsuit claiming that he didn’t pay his workers their due wages or allow them to take required breaks.
