When it comes to incentive programs, here’s where the people receiving the incentives think improvements can be made.
The top two things employees who work for companies that offer rewards would like to see more of:
- an increase in the frequency of the rewards, and
- more reward options.
That’s according to a recent study by Staples Advantage.
While the study did uncover areas where rewards programs could be improved, it also highlighted a number of positives. By and large, incentive programs are tremendously effective at boosting employee engagement.
The study found that 85% of workers who participate in an employer-driven incentive program feel more valued at work.
Plus, 70% of employees said they are happier and more motivated at work.
